Whats going on Steemit!
I'd like to take this opportunity to introduce us. My name is Steve Nemethy and with my fiancee Sylvia Peters we have been running our personal training business, Nova Fitness in Halifax N.S. for the past 3.5 years.
Together we have over 20 years experience within the personal training industry, but have yet to really make a presence for ourselves within the web and social media. Due to my recent increased interest in crypto I became aware of Steemit and when seeing the lack of fitness information here I felt it would be a great chance for us to bring a great amount of value to a growing community. I feel its time we have a voice online sharing our views on sustainable fitness practises, as well as other types of training. Having never written blogs, or articles I'm excited about creating content for the first time.
This April I will be turning 37 and will be crossing past 20 years in and out of weight training in various forms, for basketball, body building, strength specific, kettle bells, body weight, etc. Over this time I have learned there are many ways to get results and for most people that doesn't require 60 mins a day or a membership to a fancy gym, though there isn't anything wrong with that if that's your thing. My current choice for exercise is within my our apartment most of the time as I have a few things in the apartment currently, lol. I'll be going into my training history to where I am now in another post in hopes to help others not make the mistakes I did over the years which now I am focusing on reversing.
We will be looking to help the community as much as we can in the topics of training and nutrition as there is no shortage of information to overload people out there now, and simplicity and sustainability are keys in these areas of life.
And from time to time I'll also be posting about our very lazy dog Belle will also make an appearance as due to her past health issues we are big fans of a raw food diet! If we are eating healthy we better be making sure our pup is too.
Looking forward to helping people here make some great progress with their fitness in 2018 and beyond
Steve
