I started a quest yesterday in helping us see Nigeria and Nigerians in a different light from what we see and hear from international news media.
Since last year Nigeria has been hit by the worse recession in the history of the country with inflation hitting 18.72% in January 2017.
But it's amazing that amidst all these, Nigerians are still very happy people.
Now let me reveal why we (Nigerians) dazzle with so much happiness.
I will share the first reason in this Article.
- Football
Football is one reason Nigerians are happy. All over the country, there are groups of people – old and young alike who take football as a way of life. There are even social tournaments now such as the Socialiga(www.thesocialiga.com) and the TPL (The Twitter Premier League).
So with football Nigerians forget their worries.
