We are all here sharing this earth. We are all equally part of it. As individuals we need to be aware of what we are doing and the effects our actions, thoughts and feelings have on this world and what exists in it. Once the awareness is there, the rest will flow ~
An overdue introduction:
Greetings from a Kiwi
Been living in a beautiful place on the West Coast of New Zealand, called Raglan, for a few years. Since being there I've really been able feel the benefits of immersing myself in nature, good people and... Psytrance! I've had so much more energy and motivation to improve myself and my surroundings and really feel like I've found the right path.
Life was good in New Zealand. Everything seemed to have fallen into place but there were a few niggling parts of myself I still needed to work out. Reoccurring 'difficult' trips led me to leave the job and take some time off to really think about what I wanted to do with my life.
White boy in the land of the Gods
Where to go? What to do?.. A series of coincidences led me to book a one way ticket to India. The time was right and I’ve been on the road since then (had my one year of travelling anniversary recently). I feel like I’ve found what I was looking for. The plan was to head home in February but I’m still travelling. Insurance has run out, my bank balance was in the negative but I thought ‘fuck it, I’m here. Lets keep going.’ I cashed out the small amount of crypto I had and the plan is to keep travelling until the next summer starts in New Zealand so I can go home to some warmth.
Loving the Steem concept. Social media has always been a bit daunting for me. Its funny.... I feel like I’m more insecure on the web than I am in real life. Can’t explain why... But from what I’ve seen the Steemit community is a welcoming and non-judgmental one. I want to use this an opportunity to express myself and what I do, to share my insights on life, and to help others to do the same.
2018 – The year of Steemit
Peace!
