Hey All, I am new to Hive, and wanted to share a little of the stories I collect and the photos I take, I hope you all find it as interesting as I do. I shot in digital and film, but tend to post my film shots a few weeks later.

This Home is found 30 minutes from the town of Taos NM. I couldn't find any tax information under the Cities public records, But I was told this home was haunted and at one point used in a movie. some locals recommend staying away from the home. The walk to the home was about half a mile and the closer we found ourselves, the less life seemed to be around. Birds Seemed to grow more Silent, and Even though I did find some remains, Maybe a Prairie dog, It was halfway into the walk and no other signs of animals were found. the land around the home was barren and not even sagebrush seemed to grow near the home. (this is local and grows everywhere.) The wind rips and pulls at the wooden frame coming from the gorge nearby, this covers up sounds and voices from room to room, and even being next to others can seem distant, yelling is a must. Based on the style of the appliances I would assume the home was abandoned around the '50s. The towns in the area were incorporated around the '30s but the area was under strife from the years of multiple land ownership claims, battles, and hangings. So I would hate to claim to know when the house was used last, squatters are also common in the area and have been for many years, so things found do not always originally belong.
