BURSTING with excitement finally having my OWN blog here amongst some of the BEST STEEMERS all around is fantastic. Money is very important to so many people... but that ever so important thing known as TIME- well lord have mercy! Time is the most valueable thing of all. So super thanks going out to each of you for spending ANY of yours with me right now ! I am going to run through a just few high points about myself and in an effort to keep you awake they will all be short.
Let me quickly tell you I am a the baby of my family. I love that part :-) It brings me joy to know, no matter how old I get I will for eternity still be a 'baby' - LOL. I grew up in Washington, D.C. and this is one of my fondest memories...
I truly enjoyed getting off the school bus on certain days of the week, knowing the book mobile was going to be there and I would be able to get my hands on some cool books and some easy listening albums for the record player. My favs to check out were Dr. Seuss books and the 45 of Dolly Parton and Barbar Streisand (yep - I have officially dated myself).
But when I got outta school you could not tell me I was not in concert doing my afterschool chores and homework! No way! I was the both the queen of the broom and my own mini-concert of the 80's at home - so the song choices worked well for me at the time. Clearly the standing ovation I recieved from the crowd of stuffed animals - ha! There was no way I was gonna disappointment my fans, waiting to hear me bellow out those tunes.
What were some of your favorites from the 80's?
Well, that was my short and sweet about me sugah! There is more to know for sure- but that will trickle out in my future blog posts. I will be sharing so much with you regarding entrepreneurship, beauty supply ownership, government affairs that relate beauty industry, unlocking and presenting new technology for barbers, and hair salon owners alike.
