Handstand, trying to spreading/Sharing the body awareness here with y'all. I personally feel it's the best possible way to stay fit in life, to have control all over muscles & bones. It makes you stronger & flexible at the same, teaches you the power of stillness/calmness in every situation in life. You have to start:)
