Mental stress is nothing but the over attention about past or worries of future. I feel these days’ markets with thousands of drugs claim to have anti-stress properties but they are a temporary solution. The easiest and fastest solution lies inside us.
The person who lives in present always lives stress free but it is not so easy. These days everybody is running in a race they want their future to be bright. If they don’t think about it, then how can they achieve it and that is true. Human brain also thinks about horrible pasts. Speculation about your past is disastrous for mental health. Worries of future leads to anxiousness that leads to stress.
We shouldn't think about too much for things we couldn't able to control like past. But future can be control with our efforts. You’ll be amusing to know seventy-five percent of people who continuously think about their future get stress and other 25 percent get success. So what are we doing wrong? Answer is Procrastination. We are thinking about future but delaying taking actions.
You forget first you have any kind of stress and act towards your goal without delaying. Second is consuming none addictive things including Internet social life. Third is making discipline in life, Don’t push yourself too hard, give yourself a little time, a small little change every day can change your lifestyle. Fourth is making new good habits like outdoor playing. That also help to attain a good physical fitness. Fifth is meditation and again don’t push yourself too hard do as much as you want but regularly. Sixth is hanging out with your friend and relatives also help to get away from stress. Seventh is to deal with your emotions responsible for your stress. The best way to deal with them is get them out from your mind by sharing them with others.
