One of my primary topics of interest to me is gaming, retro gaming in particular with a focus in finding ways to play various retro games on current-gen systems which, outside of remasters, remakes, and rereleases, has usually led me to compilations along with various plug and play units. This has introduced me to tons of games from the late 70s all the way up to the mid 90s. Outside of those my main area seems to be games from the sixth generation of consoles, especially the PS2 and GameCube.
Another interest for me is animation, both making them from time to time along with looking at the history of the medium.
A more recent interest are books and movies that have fallen into the public domain, and I fully intend to look at some books and films of interest as time goes on.
Something of a lifelong interest for me has been the Oz series by L. Frank Baum and some of the adaptations of his work that have been made over the past century or so. Something of a goal for me in that area is to review as many movies and shows based on the Oz books that I can find, starting with all of the adaptations of The Wizard of Oz that I’ve seen.
I’m glad to be here on STEEM and hope to contribute content that is interesting to both myself and others, along with meeting people from all over.
