My name is Ries and believe it or not even I have trouble feeling comfortable with who I am. Luckily it was something that I could change and work on. With the help of my now Fiancé we were able to address and work on the areas of my life that caused me to not feel comfortable in my own skin.
Here are three steps you can take to feel more confident with who you are:
Exercise
Exercising should be an important part of our daily lives. It sets us up emotionally for the rest of the day.
Fake it till you make it
This may sound cheesy, but it works! Surround yourself with others who view themselves as you wish to be viewed. Act the part.
Model
This is the most important one. Find a role model who has the characteristics and confidence you‘d like to achieve. Model your life after their traits and habits. By repeated practice it will become part of your daily life.
