Hello steemians! 🙋
I am 20 years old IT student "hiding" under nickname "risingfox". Why do I tell you my nick instead of my name you might ask 😉 well, actually my name on steemit describes myself pretty good in present state of my life. 😊
I am young person who seeks for stabilization in life. Also my character is being kinda cunning, I mean like seeking for hacks for real life. 😉 This is where risingfox comes from. "Rising" stands for becoming serious in life and "fox" stands for craftiness or astuteness in an amusing way of course. 😉
- 💸💰Why do I watch cryptocurrency market and why am I carefull and not euphoric about it
At the beggining - do not understand "not being euphoric" wrong. 😖 It is world-changing innovation but I mean that the markets, 💱 prices 🔖 and even features 💡 of cryptocurrencies are volatile. 📈 📉 So back to the topic. 😃
I met cryptocurrencies at the end of June 2017 and decided to invest a really small amount of money 💸 in BitCoin 👛 and Ethereum 👛 because i learnt that those are the most safe and stable projects with huge potencial and market cap. I wanted to see percentage of change and potential profit/loss💲if I put more serious money. Obviously, the market turned bearish (the prices started to trend down) 📉 and I watched my money go away. 😂 I read more and watched hours of videos about cryptocurrencies, market and even about economy.
I put some serious money in July and tried out trading also altcoins. I think I will talk the whole story in another post just so this post doesn't get too long. 😟 I can just say after 40 days I "broke even" (went out with 0 profit/loss, precisely like 2% profit). I learnt that even if market cap is rising, the price can be really volatile, including words "strongly falling", also the proffesional investors say that euphoria is not a good adviser. That's why I'm carefull and not euphoric about whole cryptocurrency idea. Now I am out of trading for some time watching and learning the market due to other life problems. So in conclusion, I tried crypto-market, I did an experiment and didn't lost any money (yeah, that counts as success for me 😂).
- 👨💻Why do I study IT and why did I consider giving up
At november I will be a second year IT student. I picked up those studies because I wanted to learn programming and other IT stuff because I always liked it and wanted to find a well-paid job.💲 The first year wasn't easy for me and I thought few times like giving up. At the end I learnt everything I had to learn and passed all the exams with a bit of luck. 😊 I considered getting out of college for few reasons: It's too hard for me, I can make money without this knowledge and scientific titles (disclaimer - doesn't always work) and, obviously, I can put all my money in cryptocurrencies and be a millionaire soon (yeah, the last one is stupid, but actually a real thought 😑). I gave myself a try to thing about my whole life and I decided that easy money is not the meaning of life to me, so I'll try my best to get Master's degree even if I have to give up cryptocurrencies market.
- 😜 Other, less important things, but still
So in addition to all that money 💰 and 💻 IT stuff, I'm interested in technology👩💻, photography📷(computer graphics also) and life philosophy.📜 Technology fascinates me and I like reading about all the innovations, photography lets me calm down and consider life things and ideas. I fancy all the life coaching and life considering stuff, because I still seek for Golden Grail of my life. 🏆
Thank you so much if you read my introduction post. I am hoping for your answer. Cheers! 🍻
