Hi folks, My name is Robert Johnson, and I write about concert dance----ballet, contemporary dance, tap dance, East Indian dance, whatever. I'm based in New York City, where a LOT of exciting stuff is happening; but I also cover dance events in Northern New Jersey. Mostly, I'll be posting links to pieces I've published, but occasionally I'll link to pieces by other dance writers whom I admire.
A note about politics: I'm an aggrieved progressive--oh, so aggrieved---meaning I will also share political posts that seem important to me. Not enough honest journalism out there!
