The barista:
We are specialists in the technique to prepare a quality coffee, everything starts to grind and make a shot of espresso constantly with the same cream and volume flavor
Skills that baristas must have:
Love for coffee.
A friendly and pleasant attitude.
The resistance to standing for long periods of time
The ability to perform detailed work quickly and safely.
The ability to work under a lot of stress.
The commitment to follow the rules of safety and hygiene.
The latte art:
They are designs created on the surface of an espresso by a barista.
This is a very basic introduction of what I do for those who do not know I am a barista I work in a cafe (Macchiato coffee).
