My name is yessin sehli... my nickname is shoula. i am 23 years old from Tunisia, Sfax to be exact . I study engineering. π·since childhood, i was a very shy kid . I could not easily integrate with others π³ But since I started to realize, I understood that I had to change myself. I decided to become a social person, more cheerful, confident of himself. Sport was the best solution to become the man I had always dreamed of .Ψ§ It is true that this transformation was not easy at all , but with determination,purposefulness and hard work miracles are achieved . Never say you can not, but trust yourself, try, work hard to achieve your dream and I am sure you will succeed πͺ π
But don't forget, in order to achieve your goals you must sacrifice, You must sacrifice by moving away from unhealthy food that you love, you must sacrifice your time... you will find yourself unable to see your friends like before.
