Hey everyone! You may call me Bianca, and yes, I'm new here in Steemit, but not really new in the blogging world. I decided to try this blogging platform because I feel like it's a more diverse blog site than what I was using before. Anyway, back to my introduction....
Let me start by being honest to everyone. I'm an introvert person. I tend to stay alone in a corner and just observe everyone else, I don't talk to them unless they start the conversation, and even they started it, I have troubles on how to keep it going. And I guess with blogging, I somehow manage to tell and really express what I'm feeling and what I want to say, in a way where I can set the pace of the conversation, if needed. Aside from words, I also play instruments which is another platform where I can express myself. There's no day that goes by that I don't listen to music. When I wake up, when I'm going to work, while I'm working, or just any time rather, I always have my headphones and the music on full blast. With that, I feel like I'm creating my own world, disregarding every single one around me, and just keeping everything to myself. But being an introvert, I guess has its own perks. I tend to sketch random things, write poems and stories, create random melodies -- basically, I get to be creative when I'm alone.
Aside from the "creativity" part of myself, I'm also an avid book reader, and by avid, I mean "a-whole-bookshelf-in-a-mini-library-room-kind-of-avid book reader". I have lot of books with different genres, from the usual fairy tale books, to YA novels, to travel books, to historical books, to fiction books, to comics, and a lot more. Reading books is like the same with listening to music for me, I tend to escape reality by reading books, that's why I like it so much. Also, aside from it being entertaining, some books tend to have really good lessons.
What else? I like traveling, a lot. I tend to travel and enjoy being out of the country, rather than explore my own country. I don't care if I've actually been to the same country, as long I as I feel like going there, then I'll go. I also like playing PC games, I'm more of an RPG and FPS person. I like the mystery and challenge that the RPG provides, and the thrill and adrenaline that I get when playing an FPS game.
I feel like I've said enough, so basically, I guess that's me....
I'm an introvert who is extremely into the artistic side of life, and who likes mystery and challenges that will often provide thrill and adrenaline into my quiet and melancholic life.
