Love really can come in all ways and from whom we least expect it. This feeling is also shared by animals, who experience different kinds of love, either with their owners or with other pets - and it is a fact that they have very own feelings. Several reports confirm that animals can raise and care for animals other than their species, other than their children, but that they are cared for as if they were - a behavior we can view as adoption. The circumstances that create these behaviors in foster parents vary widely. since at times they simply accept these animals like their children - as if they replace the young. At other times, the bonds created are friendships, even with rival species. Adoption is exceptionally common in domestic animals, such as cats and dogs, because of the bond they develop when they are put together. It is also common for animals to adopt orphaned pups of other species, as they have an instinct for care and protection for babies. But the adoption of animals of the same species has another advantage, as new parents are interested in passing on the genes of the species - something discarded in different animal bonds.
