About me
My name is Sindy Horvath, I was born and raised in Barinas State, Venezuela. I graduated as an industrial engineer, but recently I discovered that I am an animalist at heart. I have always been a dog lover, because since I was born I was surrounded by them. That doesn't mean that I care less about other animals, but dogs are my favorites.

Due to the crisis that is currently affecting the country, the need to help the most unprotected street and abandoned animals is aroused in me.
I have two dogs, Susi who is mongrel with puddle and Pepe that is pure puddle. Susi was rescued by my sister's husband from the mistreatment of a family that did not give him the treatment an animal deserves as a living being, then I decided to adopt it. Pepe was rescued from the street by my sister, who saw him unprotected and ill, sheltered him, recovered him and also decided to adopt him.

It should be noted that I do not support the purchase and sale of animals or excessive breeding as a form of business, much less than those in the wild since at this time it is much better to give a second chance and a home to an animal that is in street situation.
The purpose of this blog
I came up with the idea of joining this social network to publicize the situation of animals mainly in the city and interact with other people to help each other cope. But also from what I raise, I will allocate a part to collaborate with them and will let you know how i do that.
Here in Bainas they make a living, some foundations that rescue and care for street animals, as well as protectionists who find themselves in a deep love for them and fight to give them a better life. Every time I can give them my support because there are many cases of abandonment, cruelty, abuse and they always need the collaboration of other people to carry out their work.
My biggest goal at the moment is to create a shelter for animals in the city since there is currently no one and it really is very necessary.
I hope to be able to interact with many people through this social network and share tips and experiences that will help us give our animals a better quality of life.
