As an entrepreneur I develop workout concepts for health-conscious people.
I approach companies to implement them right at the workplace with office chairs, desks and therabands as easy accessible training devices to prevent and undo muscular imbalances created through a sedentary work environment. Those short sequences, usually around 5 minutes, are only effective if done on a hourly basis, so I supervise them and reward the completion.
For individuals or small groups up to six people I create exercise regimens which cover a period of one to three months.
The workout plans include yoga based practices complemented with body weight exercises from calisthenics and apparatus gymnastics, known in its urban form as street workout.
Therefore I use equipment present in many parks like high bars and parallel bars. I complement them with resistance bands, gymnastic rings, suspension trainers and climbing ropes.
That allows me to offer a diverse and progressive training for every proficiency level, locally independent and in tune with nature.
After the supervision phase I provide access to the individual or group plans on a video platform to enable self-reliant exercising for long term success.
