@Strength-4-life is a page dedicated primarily to lifting and short to mid-distance running, but will deviate occasionally to provide things like music playlists and diet tips/nutritional information. Strength & conditioning is my current field and I see this blog as an opportunity to do a little bit of extra programming, have some conversations, and hopefully clear up some of the vast array of misinformation that seems to have always plagued the fitness industry.
