Hello Steemit,
I am a 2nd grade teacher in a Title I school. I recently found out that my city, Baltimore, took number the blue ribbon for murders again this year. Despite the crazy setting of my life the characters are lively and the plot is more like a roller coaster than any 2nd grade plot anchor chart.
I chose this picture to share because it was the first night in many nights I chose to leave the "Turn-In Bin" behind. I chose to join Steemit because somehow even with a full time career I suffer from the common teacher addiction of buying things for my students like books, paper and occasionally, smelly markers.
Anyway, thank you for your time. I promise to share lots of things that touch your heart in only the way kids can.
