Hello there! I love playing various games on my PC and my website (https://pixelloot.com) is a place to share my thoughts about them.
In a way, I see myself as a game curator, for the convenience of people with similar gaming preferences as myself. I sometimes spend a lot of time researching games before I play them, so all the games that I end up writing about, probably have something special or seemed interesting in a way.
I call my brief thoughts "micro-reviews" because I want to deliver them in a very compact format, so that you won't waste time reading things that you probably know already or are obvious. This way some details will be missed but I believe it compensates with the ability to get valuable info very fast. Some of my early "reviews" are somewhat shallow, I'm still trying to find a writing style that would suit everybody best.
The games that I like most are strategies and RPGs, so please take note of these biases of mine when reading my opinions. I also love vivid colors, good challenges, and special experiences.
I consider myself a "patient gamer", unless it's a multiplayer game, I see no reason to buy an unfinished, buggy, unpolished piece of software. Thus, usually, I like waiting for at least a year and get that game when it's complete, polished, when I can have the "ultimate experience" with it.
Because some serious games could take me months to finish (I sometimes like to play on the highest difficulty), and due to real life commitments, it might seem that the website is abandoned, but I assure you this is not the case. If you want to be up to date, maybe it's best if you could follow it on social media.
