Hi again Steemians, this is a small space to introduce a bit of me. My friends know me as Mígue, and 'm Colombo-Chinese cuz my paternal and maternal ancestors are from those two wonderful countries. I'm fitness specialist with some studies, certifications and more in integral physical education, sport nutrition and biomechanics of physical training.
