This is me!

Hey Steemit world. As mundane as it is, here goes nothing! A little about me.

I have worked in the corporate world for more than 20 years and one day woke up and said no more. I missed the childhood of my first 2 kids because I was always working and I refuse to miss the childhood of the 2nd two.

Now I am homesteading, running an animal rescue and writing on the side to make a living. It is long days but now I couldn't be happier. I am home when my girls need me and make my own hours.

I look forward to learning new things and maybe making a few friends.
