You better introduce yourself before you lose yourself. When I first joined Steemit a couple days ago, I sort of jumped the gun. I started writing posts immediately, without giving people a chance to get to know me first. But unless you're talking about funerals, better late than never!
I'd never thought I'd like Steemit at first. I initially joined because a friend of mine really wanted me to. Being the amazing (well, not terrible at least) friend that I am, I made an account. Shortly after I was in. And it was great! The people were amazing, incredibly kind, and just so helpful!
I found myself part of a social media where people actually produce high quality content. Instead of just kittens and porn, there were articles, travel stories, art, and poetry! AMAZING! So I couldn't help myself. I just knew I had to be part of this amazing society. What I have written so far is mainly jokes, poems and articles. Feel free to check it out! Do you for example know why generals study chemistry? (It should be general knowledge!) Or do you want to read a touching poem about a bird and a hunter? Or perhaps you'd like to read an article about the Scandinavian economies? All this, and more can be found on my page!
I am a 21 year-old guy, living in Norway within close proximity to our capital city. I am employed, and I study at university. The purpose of my posts is to make people laugh, but also to think. And if I'm really lucky, to shed a tear.
I have also found that writing on this site is raising my self-e-steem (Funny, right?... Why not?). Using the wonderful world of Steemit, I hope to explore my creative and intellectual potential. I would be honoured if you would follow me on this journy.
