A little bit about my main profession and my favorite work.
I am a design engineer. Mechanical and hydraulic systems. Mechanical and hydraulic drives. I design machine tools, production lines and devices. I'm doing calculations (for example, I can calculate the hydraulic drive completely).
In general, for me, there is practically no problem in calculating anything. The network is full of literature. Also full of literature in libraries. The only thing that I'm afraid to count on and turn to professionals is the electrical part of the project. I have, of course, knowledge (studied in complex and electric drive too), but I try not to take risks. Because have no large experience in electricity.
I work with the following programs: solidworks + tools, automation studio (france), fluid sim, KOMPAS (Russian CAD), and at the same time I had to learn several tools from ANSYS design modeler, turbo grid or mesher, fluent, CFX, blade gen.
Once it was necessary to design the impeller - ANSYS is too cool and interesting soft
Below screenshots of my projects:
- This is a line for winding frame mesh, for piling columns
- This is a machine for the molding of concrete blocks
- Small truck mounted crane
- Wheel pair for the industrial truck (sketched from the "cometto" truck videos. watch and make.)
- Hydro station with calculation and simulation in the Automation Studio
- And making impeller. Process.........
I wanted to tell you about my work and I got a resume ))).
however
Who have interesting ideas - I can design
P.S.: Photography - is my hobby
