I’ m Ivan Mae Panal Acob. My friends call me Van ^ ^ . My cousin 
I am presently in Cagayan de Oro, Southern part of Philippines. I live here with my mother and father since 2008. Back then, we lived in Tungawan, Tambulig Zamboanga del Sur (my mother’s hometown).
I spent my college years here until today. I graduated having the degree of Bachelor of Arts in Communication major in Mass Communication.
These are my fun-loving classmates. We got the fewest number of graduates during our batch, but the loudest if I must say. Ika nga “Small but terrible”.

Eventually, I joined the Media Ministry as a Missionary Volunteer at Hope Channel South Philippines. Under the program, “Let’s Pray Pilipinas”. Here is our team. I will share my experiences in Hope Channel soon in my future posts.

Aside from Media ministry I’ve also been interested in healthy living. Here are some of my VEGAN Friends! I’d like them to meet Steemit soon. I think you guys will enjoy in their kitchen. I’ve been blessed meeting these people; they got a deep conviction for people suffering severe health issues. I’ve seen many cancer patients live wonderfully with the help of God and plant-based diet! I hope I can show their foodies next time
