I'm so sorry your children lost their father. Suicide is so tough. Today I came back from a funeral from a young man who had given up all hope. I'm so happy to see you are progressing and moving forward and you have such a wonderful attitude. If you write about these subjects from which you have experience I'm sure you will have many stories to tell.

Mental Illness is a tough thing to deal with. So many people struggle in silence and don't tend to their mental health. You have beautiful children who I'm sure are the light of your life and keep you going.
