ALLAH SWT gives the gift of natural resources (SDA) very much to the Aceh region. But because one of the factors, namely the unpreparedness of human resources (HR) in managing it well so that it is feared that the existing SDA would be a disaster. This condition can drag the Aceh region to become weak, independent and dependent on other areas, eventually it appears a less favorable image for Aceh.
"Weak human resources are the result of the low public spirits to study science-technology (kauniyah science), as well as low structured support from the authorities. Lecturer of Syiah Kuala University (Unsyiah) explained that Aceh has long been known as Serambi Mecca and is very synonymous with Islam.
