“I am just a normal girl living my life like everyone else.” That is what I used to tell myself and that was also always the reason why I never saw a reason to post life stories on Facebook, open my Instagram account to the public or write a blog about my thoughts or what I am experiencing. I always questioned if anyone would actually find value in what I could share.
Given this I was actually surprised about the EXCITEMENT I felt when my friend Ming told me about this community who writes and shares article for the beauty of creativity. Suddenly there were so many topics coming to my mind. What was new now was the purpose of creation behind it and maybe even inspire someone with whatever I can share with the world.
And here I am writing my first post (which I again started to postpone…Isn’t it a funny game with this self-esteem?)
So who am I
But to circle back, I am Elisabeth, a German living in Malaysia. I came to Malaysia because I followed my passion for learning and for helping others to grow. Almost two years ago I started to work for this company called Mindvalley which I hardly fully understood before I joined it and moving to Malaysia, a country which was a complete white page for me. I did not had any clue what to expect when I hugged my family goodbye at the airport, ready for the next adventure to come.
What I found here was not a company but a family which is supporting me to believe in myself and even started to express myself here. More to that in future posts 😉
What can you expect here
What I want to write about is my journey of learning I have been going through, my passion for traveling and the energy I put into saving the planet (at least that is my motivation to strive to live more and more without waste). I might even write some posts in german just to reconnect to my mother tongue.
