Moniruzzaman, Why i mentioning here this lyrics here, I'm working for Human Resource department in a Garments manufacturing company in Bangladesh. I'm very familiar with this songs, because i'm very used to hear this popular songs from many worker in my working place.
Bangladesh is very populated country, the percentage of unemployed people is huge, garments industries are played a very vital rule to solve quite a bit this problem, all of them are export oriented, most of garments manufacturing company are private, it's very simple issue that every private company have great intention to make a huge profit form their organization, they are offering a little beat opportunity for his employer, specially garments manufacturing organization.

BGMEA (Bangladesh Garments Manufacturing and Exporters Association) Playing a very crucial rule to make sure the 100% Opportunity for the garments workers. But they are central organization, they can't play a very active rule among more than 3000 garments industries in Bangladesh.
So HR department playing their rule in garments industries, every Garments industries has it's own HR and Compliance department for the betterment of worker, they are for ensuring the basic facilities of worker in a industries. They raise up their voice against the management of a industries for ensuring the facilities of worker.

In the very beginning i'm talking about a songs, this a reality, it's a so much hard working work, the life of a garments worker really full of so much pain, i don't know our industries are n't capable to fill up their needs, if they, they will never going to do this, because they are mad for profit.
