The Pizza Parigina is an easy and delicious recipe that really like everyone, and today I propose you my version that really gets ready in 5 minutes! The Parisian pizza is a type of stuffed focaccia, which has the distinction of being made at the base with a pizza dough while the upper part is of puff pastry. This type of "focaccia" can be filled in a thousand different ways; I suggest you in the recipe in the most classic of ways, that is with tomato, mozzarella and cooked ham but of course any kind of filling suggests the imagination will be more than good. My version is really fast because I use the two doughs that make up the ready-made Parisian pizza; both pizza dough and puff pastry are commonly found in all supermarket refrigerators! Propose this pizza for a party or birthday buffet, or cut it into squares and bring it with you to your seaside or mountain picnics ... success guaranteed!
Ingredients
1 roll of rectangular pizza dough (400 g.)
1 roll of rectangular puff pastry (275 g.)
250 g. tomato pulp
200 g. mozzarella for pizza
120 g. baked ham
Salt and Pepper To Taste.
Oregano q.b.
EVO oil q.b.
Sesame seeds q.b.
yolk and milk in equal weight (to brush)
