Ingredients
500 grams of young jackfruit
5 boiled eggs
1 galangal segment, geprak
1 lemongrass, geprak
1 pack of coconut milk
4 tbsp brown sugar comb
700 ml Water
Salt
4 bay leaves
2 teabags
Softened seasoning
2 large red peppers
6 cloves of red onion
4 cloves garlic
1 1/2 teaspoon tumbar
Boil young jackfruit, drain.
Add jackfruit, spices, teabags, lemon grass, galangal, brown sugar, coconut milk and bay leaves into the pan. Add 700ml water and salt.
After boiling the egg input.
Cook until the water shrinks. About 1½ hours.
Correction of flavors. Turn off the fire, serve.
