Ground spices:
8-10 Garlic cloves
6-8 Onions Onion
Coriander 1sdt, little cumin only
Pepper 1 / 2sdt, little nutmeg (me: use powder)
4-6 pieces of pecan
3-4 cm Turmeric
4 cm Ginger
Complementary herbs:
4-5 tsp Salt

6-7 pieces of Cardamom
5-8 cm Kayumanis
3-4 Sereh stems
5-7 sheets Leaf greetings
6-7 pieces of orange leaves

Step
Boil first goat meat with ribs, offal and pineapple fruit that has been cut without washed until tender.Setelah cough cool then wash the meat until it is completely clean
Blend spices.
Saute the spices until fragrant and add other dried spices (except salt and sugar) sauteed until fragrant.
Enter the goat meat, stir to mix the spices together.
Add thick coconut milk and liquid milk, stirring evenly. Cook for 5-6 minutes.
Add seasoning salt and sugar. Cook for 3 minutes
