Where Do I Belong? And Introduction

I first came to #steemit as Hive account@prepper community member and soon found myself wandering the 'streets' of Steemit. I joined, maybe only follow- not quite sure how this all works just yet, a #homestead group called The Homestead Life #thl

But I have never formally introduced myself. So here it goes...

1. I am a mom to three adult children and one sassy chocolate lab whom I call my baby girl
2. Grandma to five awesome grandchildren ranging in age from 9 months up to 5 years
3. SAHWife to an outstanding and loving man
4. Homesteader, prepper, gardener, canner and wanna-be herbalist
5. Deaf in one ear due to #menieresdisease
6. Author and writer
7. Hater of all things high school drama (ex. facebook, twitter- too many arguments transpire on social media)
8. Basic crafter. I am addicted to Dollar Tree crafts and have made some wonderful crafts for our home. Youtube has some great videos *see picture below of my latest creation for our kitchen table- all handmade including the serving tray
9. Reader of ALL books. I am a library nerd, will hang out in a book store all day if allowed and always have my Kindle at the ready
10. LOVE to cook and bake for my family. If I'm not in my greenhouse or garden, you'll find me in the kitchen whipping up a good home-cooked meal
