Hello. I'm Rob Gallup. This page is about my training. It's mostly metrics from my coached classes on the Peloton stationary bike, but it's also a chronicle of my road, trail, and velodrome cycling, with related ideas and experiences. My posts are meant for my own benefit--recording progress, making plans, and articulating thoughts--but maybe others with similar interests will find this helpful too. For this reason, I'm keeping everything public, although this won't necessarily be a clear, complete, or consistent account. Constructive comments and questions are welcome.
