Hello world! This is one of my first posts (and hopefully more to come) on Steemit. Finally there comes a new revolutionary social platform where monetization comes in form of quality content curatorship, one where Reddit meets Facebook - on the blockchain.
Hopefully this will serve as one of the platforms I'll be using to post geek stuff - all things crypto, tech, programming, gaming, anime, good reads, DIYs and etc.
Speaking of gaming, one of my highly anticipated titles is coming out in the next two months would be Death Stranding. It seems Hideo Kojima has another masterpiece in the works ever since his departure from Konami and his last project Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain.
One thing I like about this demo reveal is that it clarifies the context of the game's title - "strands" - in Death Stranding, one which the community seemed to have a lot of theorycrafting from years ago due to game trailers which had little to no hints of what the game was about (typical Kojima easter eggs). Apart from playing a main character from The Walking Dead turned delivery boy with futuristic mechanics, it seems we could expect MGS' stealth and action gameplay in this up and coming open-world title. It's also filled with a blockbuster cast! I really do hope this game lives up to expectations!
Hopefully Kojima didn't reveal majority of the game so we could fully enjoy it when it comes out. You can check out one of the latest live game demos from Tokyo Game Show 2019 below (credits to Playstation Japan).
