Hello all! I am Jamal A.
I came to this beautiful country as a Refugee when I was a teen. Out of all the places this country has to offer we won the lottery and my family was placed in Minnesota.
Minnesota has brought much success and hope to me and my family, my mother was fortunate enough to open a Somalian small grocery store in Minneapolis, it is an opportunity that could only be fulfilled in America.
I recently graduated from UofM and am the first member of my family to ever do such a thing, I am truly fortunate.
Currently I am working at the GAP, and I love it but still hope to use my degree in the future.
My hobbies are very simple, I enjoy trying new restaurants, I am a member of the Young Muslim Collective, and I love old 80's Movies.
