Russia will invest 10 million dollars in the IT sector The country's leading IT company 'Right' will invest this through Bangladesh's IT company Unicom Bangladesh.
The media's spokesperson Sanjay Mishra confirmed this information on Thursday.
He said that on arrival in Bangladesh, Wright's Practice Director Alexei Chugonb made an agreement on an investment with their company on Wednesday.
Under the agreement, Russia will be working as IT Solution in the banking sector of Bangladesh, to improve technology security, to improve government IT services, to bring technology under different public sector and institutions, smart city, education, insurance and IT services, and to promote hi-tech facilities in government jobs. Unicom Bangladesh will implement services as a rights partner in Bangladesh.
UNICOM Bangladesh Chief Executive Shahid-ul-Munir said that the agreement will work with Wright UNICOM Bangladesh. At the same time, many Russian companies like Wright will now be interested in investing in Bangladesh.
