Aceh is famous for its delicious and addicting culinary delights. One that is quite popular in various regions is Aceh noodles. Aceh noodles are usually made from thick yellow noodles with various toppings, such as shrimp, crab, beef, or mutton. The seasoning consists of various kinds of spices so that it is very distinctive on the tongue. Aceh noodles are usually cooked in three different types of dishes, namely fried, stir-fried, and gravy. Later, Aceh noodles made from instant noodles also emerged.
Materials:
- 250 grams of dry noodles or stick noodles (boil until cooked, then drain)
- 6 red onions
- 4 pieces of garlic
- 7 red chilies
- 10 pieces of cayenne pepper
- 1 tomato
- 1 segment of ginger
- 4 grains of toasted hazelnut
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 3 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 cup of water
- salt and sugar to taste
- Cabbage, mustard greens, and celery slices to taste
- flavoring powder to taste
- right amount of oil How to make:
- Puree shallots, garlic, red chilies, bird's eye chilies, pecans, and tomatoes.
- Heat the oil, saute the spices that have been mashed until fragrant. Enter the eggs, stir until blended and the eggs are stiff.
- Add vegetables and water. Stir briefly, then add all the ingredients except the noodles. Stir again until blended.
- Enter the noodles. Stir again until blended and check the taste.
- When it fits, remove from heat, and the simple Acehnese noodles are ready to serve.
