I was scanning my twitter feed earlier and came across this tweet that I thought I would share with you.

As a big fan of Turd Ferguson and his work, it's a pleasure to share with you one of his many great tweets.

China sold $8,000,000,000 in US treasuries in April.
If they wanted to, they could take the proceeds and buy about 6,000,000 ounces of gold or about 180 metric tonnes....with just ONE MONTH of U.S. treasury sales. Chew on that for a while.
