An open letter to Hive and Ecency moderation:

You claim to be a sanctuary for free speech, yet your onboarding process consists of silent censorship.

I am a writer, a blogger and an artist fighting for the freedom of Iranian women. I produce original, dense content. If your system has technical limits on daily or weekly publication velocity for newcomers, it is your responsibility to communicate them, not mine to guess them.

Erasing a creator's voice without a single word of guidance is a structural failure. It creates a hostile environment that mimics the totalitarian suppression I left behind.

I expect kindess and clarity, documented rules, and a functional onboarding process—not arbitrary muting. Set the frame clearly, and I will respect it.

Until then, your silent censorship is simply unacceptable.
