Snack Game: Level STRONG!!! ππ½ππ½ Howβs your snack game?? Do you find yourself wandering to your pantry to satisfy a craving?? Do you struggle to plan your snacks like you plan your meals??
The supermarket is full of snack options and depending on your choice could be very high in sugars, salts and processed ingredients! While a lot of these snacks make you feel good while your eating them. After a little while your cravings return and you are just not satisfied!! This tends to lean towards further snacking which in the big picture generally isnβt aligned with our goals. Whether this is losing weight, or getting your abs visible or just general improvement of health!
Sometimes i see myself wandering to the pantry as Iβm craving some chocolate or something sweet!
