I feel terrible, and I agree with you. It is their culture and however you're trying to respect other cultures, that's wrong! And they are not example for just their kids, nation or culture, but also for yours (German)! If they live in your country they also should respect your "culture" and I believe that is not usual to be such aggressive to woman!
