Darom Adom is South Red - a Festival for the red flourish in the south of Israel usually after the rainy season in February each year.
A few days ago in a visit of a family member in the Barzilai hospital on my way from the parking area to the building, a few stains of color caught my eyes, mostly red, I thought to myself South Red is already here, this is so beautiful !
I was so busy lately, that I had no time to go out into nature so nature broke into my life casually without asking me…!
And maybe this red color is symbolic sign or a kind of warning but maybe not think that just today when I was going to write this post, alarms sounded in the north of the country and what happened with the Israeli 'warplane that was downed, so you can say yes. That's how my thoughts flowed, but the ironic thing is that it had happened in the north of Israel not the south.

לפני ימים מספר בביקור של בן משפחה בבית חולים בדרך מהחנייה לבניין לכדו את עיני מספר כתמי צבע בעיקר אדום חשבתי לעצמי דרום אדום כבר כאן, איזה יופי !
עסוקה כל כך הייתי ולא היה לי פנאי לצאת לטבע אז הטבע התפרץ אל חיי כבדרך אגב מבלי שארצה.
ואולי האדום הזה הוא סימבולי מעין אתראה אבל אולי לא.
אולי, כי אם לחשוב שבדיוק היום כשהתכוונתי לכתוב את הפוסט נשמעו אזעקות בצפון הארץ וקרה מה שקרה עם המטוס הישראלי שנפל אז אפשר לומר שכן, ככה זרמו מחשבותיי אבל הקטע האירוני שבכלל הדבר קרה בצפון.
ואולי לא, כי בין הצהוב של פרחי החרדל החרציות והסביונים צריך שיהיו גם כמה כתמים אדומים,
כך הטבע מתנהג, אוהב גיוון מסיבות שונות.
אני מנסה להרגיע את עצמי לא לחשוב...שלא יסלים המצב אחרת יקראו לבנים.
בימים כאלה, אני שונאת את צבע החאקי, זה צבע ירוק לא מרגיע...משיב רוחות מלחמה ולמה הבן שלי שלף את המעיל הצבאי כאילו להזכיר לי...? די הפסיקי ! אני אומרת לעצמי.
חוזרת לפרחים, בסדר הכרונולוגי של הפריחה האדומה הכלנית מופיעה ראשונה ואגב היא יכולה לפרוח בהרבה צבעים לא רק אדום.
בכביש הסרגל במנחת מגידו היא פורחת בשלל צבעים הייתי שם פעם וזה היה יפה ומדהים, מרבד צבעוני של אדום לבן וסגול הרבה צבעים, גם בחיים וזה הכל.
