Ciao caro amico di Steemit!
L'influenza mi ha "corcato" e mi ero ripromesso di scrivere domani.....però non respiro bene, pertanto approfittando della difficoltà ad addormentarmi, butto giù un pò di pensieri sparsi!
Stasera non parlerò di paure, fobie e robe simili....stasera, anche se mi ero ripromesso di non farlo, parlerò un pò di Steemit!
Quelli che un pò mi hanno conosciuto, sanno che io principalmente scrivo per passione e per passare il tempo; però ovvio, come dico sempre, non bisogna essere ipocrita, se oggi scrivo qui e non più sul mio blog è anche perché i guadagni sono allettanti!
Vorrei soffermarmi però su un altro discorso; leggo spesso che si parla di power up, aumentare il proprio potere di voto, non prelevare ma investire i soldi per permettere alla comunità di crescere e cose simili..... secondo me così facendo si perde un pò il senso di tutto.
Al netto dell'ipocrisia, che regna sovrana un in tutto il mondo fatta eccezione per Fantasilandia, credo che la base di questo sistema sia proprio quella della libertà (o meglio l'utopia che Steemit porta è quella di poter scrivere in maniera libera e guadagnare dai propri contenuti di qualità!); io sono uno che non ama guardare nelle tasche degli altri e credo che, se le persone prelevano, magari hanno qualche necessità (chi siamo noi per giudicare le loro motivazioni?) posto anche che, in ogni caso, una parte del guadagno viene automaticamente reinvestita.
Tralasciando questo discorso, credo che la cose che vengano meno, portando avanti determinati ragionamenti, siano la qualità dei post e la curatela degli stessi (e questo non credo dipenda solo dal voto automatico, io ad esempio, al netto di sventure varie la sera faccio sempre un giretto per leggere i post interessanti e per lasciare un commentino qualora l'articolo mi ispiri una qualche riflessione); per quel che riguarda la qualità, se per "assurdo" diamo per assodato che questo posto nasce per far proliferare scritti di pregiata fattura (quindi maggiore qualità, maggiore guadagno), non dovrebbe essere un problema quello del voto automatico perché tanto, se scrivo bene e di cose interessanti che attirano il pubblico i miei guadagni li farò lo stesso (e già questa a mio modo di vedere è una baggianata, perché ci sono tanti bellissimi post, di persone che nel voto automatico non rientrano, con 10 visualizzazioni e 10 cents anche nella nostra comunità); non va sottovalutato il fatto poi, che tutti siamo anche curatori poichè, col nostro upvote stiamo dando giudizio di qualità.....ma è realmente così?
Spesso votiamo una persona perché ci sta simpatica, perché è un amico o perché lui ha votato me.....ma l'amicizia non vuol dire che lo scritto che stiamo votando sia necessariamente di qualità! Ci sono state tantissime persone che si sono lamentate di Podium e di come veniva dato il giudizio, tanti pareri discordanti e, a mio modo di vedere, il filo conduttore delle lamentele è da ricercarsi nel fatto che qualcuno guadagnava e altri no, resta il fatto che la sera, aprendo quella pagina, ero certo che i post premiati e quelli menzionati valevano la pena di esser letti (il che semplificava di molto la mia selezione dei post da leggere poiché, ti assicuro, che aprire quelle ciofeche di post che contengono due righe ed una foto nemmeno bella è davvero avvilente!).
Parlando di Podium poi, mi viene da pensare ai curatori e da lì spostarmi ai moderatori, per poi passare agli amministratori e via via agli utenti che ogni giorno partecipano in maniera attiva e penso e rifletto....Queste persone ci dedicano del tempo, ci mettono dell'impegno mmmm, ma quindi aldilà dei guadagni e del PowerUp forse si può essere utili alla comunità collaborando sotto altri aspetti?
Spesso facendo questa domanda qua e là agli utenti mi sono sentito dire...."si però loro hanno il loro tornaconto, ogni volta che postano prendono voti pesanti!"....mmmm si effettivamente potrebbe essere vero, c'è da dire (e ancora io non ero presente su Steemit a quel tempo) che quando è stata fatta richiesta di curatori non è che si siano fatte avanti 50 persone; oltretutto a ben pensare svolgere altri compiti all'interno della comunità può portar via tempo alla scrittura.
I mie pensieri forse stanno venendo fuori dalla testa un pò confusi, è solo che tante volte avrei voluto fare un post sull'argomento; alla fine di tutto credo che ognuno sia libero di pensarla come vuole; io per mio modo di vedere continuerò a leggere tutto ciò che reputo interessante e, nel caso non ci pensi il nostro ginovotino, provvederò manualmente a votare; non smetterò certo di leggere qualcuno che scrive benissimo però a fine mese si preleva ciò che guadagna ne tantomeno comincerò a leggere qualcuno che scrive cose che non mi piacciono, anche se pompa continuamente il suo SteemPower (che poi, nel caso, il voto automatico lo faccia confluire la mia preferenza verso di lui è altro conto poichè, avendo aderito a questo sistema sono consapevole che capiterà di votare qualcuno che non lo merita e lo accetto senza false ipocrisie perchè da tutto questo ho anche io il mio tornaconto personale).
Per come la vedo io ognuno dovrebbe essere libero di fare ciò che reputa più opportuno a seconda della sua situazione e, sempre tutto imho ovviamente, non mi metterei ad avanzare giudizi sui comportamenti buoni o meno buoni per la comunità; pensiamo piuttosto al fatto che ci sono dei regolamenti e che vanno rispettati alla lettera e che, tutto quello che in queste regole non è compreso, va bene ed è lasciato al libero arbitrio.
Per il resto i giudizi, per quel che personalmente mi riguarda, li lascio ai giudici e soprattutto al Grande Spirito dai Molti Nomi.....che io non ho proprio alcuna qualifica per giudicare nessuno.
Scusami lo sfogo caro amico di Steemit e scusa i pensieri confusionari, li ho gettati lì come venivano!

Giusto per la cronaca e tanto è pubblico perchè questo è il bello della blockchain, io i primi guadagni li ho prelevati tutti e anche grazie ad una parte di quelli sono riuscito a far passare due giorni fantastici alla mia amata Martina, in più ne ho preso il resto è l'ho buttato in diversi altri investimenti....ora ho accumulato un nuovo gruzzoletto che in questo momento sta lì e non so cosa ne farò; resta il fatto che, se mi dovessero necessitare, non esiterò a prelevare anche quello e non per questo mi sentirò meno partecipe o utile alla comunity in quanto se pensassi che la mia utilità dipendesse dal mio potere di voto sarei a scrivere altrove o comunque a fare altro (e probabilmente soffrirei di un buon 80% delle fobie di cui ho scritto)...... na baciata!

Those who knew me a bit, know that I mainly write for passion and try to communicate something; but obviously, as I always say, you should not be hypocritical, if today I write here and no longer on my blog is also because the earnings are tempting!
would like to pause, however, on another matter; I often read that we talk about power ups, increase their voting power, not withdraw but invest the money to allow the community to grow up and things like that ..... in my opinion, doing so loses a sense of everything.
Net of hypocrisy, which reigns supreme in the whole world except for Fantasilandia, I think that the basis of this system is precisely that of freedom (or rather the utopia that Steemit and the Blokchain bring is that of to be able to write freely and earn from their quality content!); I'm someone who does not like to look in the pockets of others and I think that if people pick up, maybe they have some needs (who are we to judge their motivations?) also place that, in any case, a part of the gain is automatically reinvested .
Leaving aside this argument, I think that things that fail, carrying forward certain arguments, are the quality of the post and the curation of the same (and this does not depend solely on the automatic vote, I for example, net of misfortunes in the evening I do always a ride to read interesting posts and leave a comment if the article inspires me some reflection); as for the quality, if for "absurd" we assume that this place was born to proliferate writings of fine workmanship (so higher quality, higher income), should not be a problem that of automatic voting because so much , if I write well and interesting things that attract the public my earnings will do the same (and already this in my view is a gluttony, because there are so many beautiful posts, people who do not fall into automatic voting, with 10 views and 10 cents also in our community); the fact should not be underestimated then, that we are all also curators because, with our ** upvote ** we are giving quality judgment ..... but is it really so?
We often vote for a person because he likes us, because he is a friend or because he has voted for me ..... but friendship does not mean that the paper we are voting is necessarily of quality! There have been so many people who complained about Podium and how it was judged, so many conflicting opinions and, in my opinion, the leitmotif of complaints is to be found in the fact that someone earned and others did not, remains the fact that in the evening, opening that page, I was sure that the post-winning and those mentioned were worth to be read (which greatly simplified my selection of posts to read because, I assure you, open those post statements that contain two lines and a photo not even beautiful is really demeaning!).
Speaking of Podium then, I think about the curators and from there to move to the moderators, then move on to administrators and gradually to the users who participate actively every day and think and reflect .... These people there they dedicate time, they put us to the task, but then beyond the gains and the PowerUp maybe you can be useful to the community by collaborating in other aspects?
Often asking this question here and there users have heard me say "yes, but they have their own advantage, every time they post they take heavy votes!" ... actually it could be true (if we continue to look in the garden of our close of course), there is to say (and I was not present on Steemit at that time) that, when curators were asked, it is not that 50 people have come forward; moreover, if you think about doing other tasks within the community, it can take time to write.
My thoughts are perhaps coming out of my head a little confused, it's just that so many times I wanted to do a post on the subject; at the end of everything I think everyone is free to think as he wants; I, in my view, I will continue to read everything that I consider interesting and, in case you do not think about our ginovotino 2.0, I will manually vote; I will not stop reading someone who writes very well but at the end of the month you take what you earn nor will I begin to read someone who writes badly or things that I do not like, even if you continuously pump his SteemPower (which then, in the case, the vote automatic to make my preference to him is another account because, having joined this system I am aware that it will happen to vote someone who does not deserve it and accept it without false hypocrisy because from all this I also have my personal advantage).
As I see it, everyone should be free to do what he thinks is appropriate according to his situation and, always all imho of course, I would not make judgments about good or bad behavior for the community; we think rather of the fact that there are regulations and that they must be respected to the letter and that everything that is not included in these rules is fine and is left to free will.
For the rest of the judgments, for what concerns me personally, I leave them to the judges and especially to the Great Spirit of the Many Names ..... that I do not have any qualification to judge anyone.

Just for the record and so is public because this is the beauty of the blockchain, I earning the first earnings and all thanks to a part of those I managed to pass two fantastic days to my beloved Martina, plus I took the rest is I threw in several other investments .... now I have accumulated a new nest egg that at this moment is there and I do not know what I will do; the fact remains that, if I need to, I will not hesitate to take that too and not for this I will feel less participant or useful to the community because if I thought that my utility depended on my power to vote I would write elsewhere or otherwise to do other (and I would probably suffer from a good 80% of the phobias of which I wrote) ..... kissed!
