If Steemit was based on quality I would be kaput XD, but people do Steemit, I have lived in my life, tried, felt, now perhaps not always for myself, but I can understand others, more than anything else sensitive souls like mine. 🇮🇹 Questo argomento lo si può trattare nei più svariati campi, ciò che sappiamo per certo è che la capacità di adattamento dell'uomo è unica, forse la nostra arma migliore. Basti pensare che non esiste luogo che non sia abitato dall'uomo, capace di evolversi più velocemente di qualsiasi altra creatura. La nostra capacità di comprendere e imparare non ha limiti, per questo oggi voglio parlarvi di tutto questo per quanto riguarda Steemit, visto che bene o male la gran parte di noi ormai ci dedica molto tempo. Tralasciamo ogni discorso superfluo, come la monopolizzazione del potere, abusi di poolreward e cose così, invece concentriamoci su noi stessi e su cosa possiamo fare per migliorare la nostra esperienza. Per chi ha appena iniziato è molto dura, ma non lasciatevi scoraggiare, continuate ad impegnarvi e seguire i buoni consigli che molti utenti avanzati distribuiscono e vedrete che otterrete ottimi risultati.
L'adattamento qui è fondamentale, dobbiamo capire dove sono i nostri punti di forza e lavorare su quelli, ci sono molte via per il successo, non solo avere l'amico con tanto SP o essere dei grandi autori, io non ho nessuno dei due eppure ho ottenuto discreti risultati sfruttando le mie capacità. Come fare se non si è bravi autori?
Se Steemit si basasse sulla qualità sarei spacciato XD, ma le persone fanno Steemit, io nella mia vita ho vissuto, provato, sentito, ora forse non sempre per me stesso, ma riesco comprendere gli altri, più che altro gli animi sensibili come il mio. Da qui ho conosciuto molte persone interessanti con cui ho scambiato opinioni e idee, arrivando spesso a diventare amici e sostenerci a vicenda.
Sono affamato di conoscenza, sfrutto tutto questo nell'interazione, comprendendo bene il tema del post che mi interessa leggere, costruendo un commento che esprima il mio pensiero a riguardo, ma che ponga l'autore a trovare una risposta ad esso, in modo che ne possa nascere un dialogo costruttivo. Certo, lo si può fare con argomenti di competenza o affini, altrimenti si rischia di risultare banali o addirittura seccanti.
Rispetto! Non ho mai offeso o criticato senza motivo nessuno su Steemit, non per questo mi sono tirato indietro dal far valere la mia voce. Ho sempre fatto valere il mio pensiero, giusto o sbagliato che fosse, questo dipende dai punti di vista, ma sempre con in primis il rispetto per la persona o le persone che avevo di fronte.
I miei post sono abbastanza commentati e votati da persone diverse, questo purtroppo non è facile da ottenere su Steemit, tuttavia se si riesce proporre una certa varietà di argomenti nei propri lavori si ha la possibilità di attirare l'interesse di più persone. Anche qui vale il discorso fatto in precedenza, rimanere sulle proprie competenze, sicuramente ne avrete alcune di interessanti.
Bene amici, ora non posso dirvi ogni mio piccolo segreto, ma sono felice di poter essere d'aiuto se comprenderete che l'importante è adattarsi ed evolversi, sfruttando le nostre capacità, perchè ognuno di noi ha delle qualità in cui eccelle, dobbiamo essere in grado di individuarle e adattarle al contesto. In questo caso stiamo parlando di Steemit, ma questa è una regola da tenere a mente in tutta la vita. Non parlo di dover cambiare noi stessi, mai questo, ma parlo di adattare, individuare ed evolvere le nostre capacità in modo da potere sfruttare ogni situazione della vita nel miglior modo possibile e poter trarne il massimo da essa.
