Hey guys, welcome to my first fitness report. Today was a right-arm only day and I was working on my biceps and triceps. It was a pretty straight forward workout that lasted about 3 minutes. I was able to get in 256 reps in that time.I'm not sure when my next workout may pop-up but I think I will try to do an equal amount of reps per arm.
