Once again governors rule imposed in India's most sensitive state J&K....Is there a need to cancel the article no. 370 of Indian Constitution ?

Article 370

1. Except defence, foreign affairs and communication field Indian government has not right to impose any law there.

1. Citizens of J&K has dual citizenship.
2. J&K has their own Flag for state.
3. Indian president does not have a right to dissolve the state's Constitution.
4. We can't impose economical exigency on J&K.
5. State assemblies period is of 6 years unlike all Indian states.
6. The orders of high courts of others state's we can not impose on J&K.
7. We can't impose RTI , RTE and CAG there.
8. Other citizens of India can't buy land there and can't make any investment.
