Hello steemians,
I hope you're all right. I wish you very good and happy winter holidays. Today, I'm sharing with you a recipe as magical and light as these beautiful holidays which is Japanese pancakes. Japanese pancakes are light and have a very good taste with a good syrup, honey, caramel or chocolate.
Here are the ingredients:
2 egg yolks - 3/4 glass of flour
1/4 glass of sugar - 1 packet of yeast
1/2 glass milk - 4 egg whites
Preparation:
Mix the egg yolks, sugar, milk, flour and yeast until the mixture is smooth and bubble-free.
In a bowl, stir the egg whites in snow and gradually add them to the first mixture without dropping the egg whites.
Heat a frying pan over low heat, grease the pan with butter and fill it with the dough at 3/4th of its height, cover it and cook gently for about 4 to 5 minutes until it is dry from the inside. Turn it over while taking care not to overflow and cook until it has a nice golden color too.
Once cooked, un-mold and serve with butter and crumb or other.
Well, that's fart, hoping you'll like it.
Good tasting.
