夏といえばそうめん！

奈良はそうめんがとっても有名です(^^♪

中でも、奈良の桜井市にある「三輪素麺」は、かなりメジャーなそうめんブランド！

その三輪素麺から出ている、まさに幻とも言えるそうめんがあります・・・

それが、この「白龍（はくりゅう）」。

とにかくめちゃくちゃほっそい麺です。

白龍は、料亭でも出されてる素麺。三輪そうめんの中での高級シリーズ。

先日、主人の会社の上司に戴いたので、さっそくゆがいてみました。

しかし残念ながら食べるのに夢中で、完成した写真をおさめていません。←準備が悪い

ちなみに、最初の写真は白龍の写真です。

そもそも私がゆがいて、ネギとかわさびとか錦糸卵とか淡々と雑に乗せた写真よりも、数千倍見栄えがいいので、公式の写真をお借りしました。
