So I'm going to show you the production process today:)

では今日は制作過程をお見せしますね。
First, I draw the design. This is not a very difficult design.When I become a thousand believers, let's make it a more elaborate design:))
まずはデザインを描きます。今回はあまり難しいデザインではありません。
フォロワー1000人になった時は、もっと凝ったデザインにします（笑）
I chose these three pieces of glass.
ガラスはこの３枚にしました。
Cut boldly.
大まかにガラスをカットします。
Cut finely. But it's still big.
さらに細かくカットしました。
でもまだ型紙より大きいですね〜
It is the machine which cuts this glass to appear there.The diamond blade is spinning and the glass is cut.
そこで登場するのが、このガラスを削る機械です。
ダイヤモンドの刃が回っていて、ガラスを削ります。
I shaved it neatly.Along with the pattern is accurate.
綺麗に削れました。型紙とのズレもありません。
Because it is not possible to adhere it as glass, the tape of copper is pasted around the glass.There is a tape of various thickness, and it uses it according to the thickness of the glass.
ガラスのままだと接着できないので、銅のテープをガラスの周りに貼ります。
いろいろな太さのテープがあり、ガラスの厚みに合わせて使います。
Put the lead on the tape and glue it together.Enclose around the edges of the lead.
テープを巻いたところに鉛をのせて接着します。
周りを鉛の縁で囲みます。
Finally, the lead is dyed with the medicine.Magically turned black, is strange.That's it!!

最後に薬品で鉛を染めます。
魔法のように黒くなって、不思議です。
